
Indonesian Vice President Ma'ruf Amin called on all religious leaders in the country, both individuals and organizations, to contribute effectively to maintaining religious harmony in society.
During the opening (virtual) of the National Interfaith Dialogue of the Istiqlal Mosque Administration Agency in Jakarta, Amin stressed that "religious leaders and interfaith activists play an important role as role models and references for society in maintaining religious harmony."
Amin stressed the importance of religious leaders holding dialogue activities, given that diversity is the hallmark of unity and integration in Indonesia
