
ISESCO and King Abdulaziz Public Library held a virtual meeting to discuss prospects of bilateral cooperation in the fields of translation, publishing, digitization, producing documentaries and electronic publications, and holding intellectual and cultural activities.
They agreed to sign a cooperation agreement based on integrated work programs, in coordination with the Kingdom's National Committee for Education, Culture, and Science.
On the occasion, Dr. Al-Malik praised the efforts and great roles of the Ministry of Culture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to preserve cultural identity, and consolidate the values of dialogue and diversity, through many ambitious programs and projects whose radiance is not limited to within the Kingdom, but extends to other brotherly and friendly countries, through cooperation The Ministry and its distinguished partnerships with international organizations concerned with cultural work and the preservation of tangible and intangible heritage.
For his part, Dr. Abdul Karim Al-Zaid indicated that the King Abdulaziz Library is looking forward to fruitful cooperation with ISESCO in common areas, noting that building a partnership with the organization is an important step that will enable the launch and implementation of major programs and projects in the intellectual and cultural fields.
